WELCOME  What is ~UnderSuppliedArtists?It was just a little idea to unite and encourage everyone who: a) Is a digital artist, but doesn't have a pen tablet b) Is a digital artist, but doesn't have Photoshop (or other commercial painting program) c) Is a traditional artist, but can't afford progressos/Copics/what-the-crap d) Is a traditional artist, but doesn't have a sketchpad e) You get the gist. OR generally: f) Is an artist, but can't afford the best materials that the pros are using g) Is an artist, but doesn't get the support from family/whatever So what the heck am I supposed to do here?As well all know, you will probably end up getting your materials. Someday. So you can leave and join as you like (see joining section). HOWEVER - while you're here, feel free to submit the works you're proud of achieving while missing out on having the equipment you really want. JOINING AND SUBMISSIONS JoiningJust watch the club, and support other members who are here already. We'd also like you to perhaps leave a comment on the main page, with info about what you are under supplied with. People who would just like to support our cause are also welcome to join. LeavingOnce you've gotten that pen tablet, etc. you're free to leave the club. However, if you still want to support its members, we recommend either giving them a watch or you can stay if you like. SubmittingOnce you have joined the club (see above), you are free to submit one of your artworks to the club. It must be relevant to the club's mission. Please send a note to the club titled 'SUBMISSION' with a link to your deviation in it. Once you have submitted, your deviation will automatically be favourited by the club. Submitting is limited to only one per week from your last submission! Sorry guys. Obviously, your submission must also be your own artwork. If it's someone else's, you can still let us know because we'd probably like to fave it. We also can't accept deviations which we know to violated dA's policies. If deviation names overlap, I may edit it and add a little description. No yelling at me for doing that. Just note me if there's any issue and we can sort it out.  Suggesting FavouritesIf you see an artwork or artists you think deserves credit for being under supplied and still making art, give me a link so we can add it to our favourites! IMPORTANT RULES CONCERNING MEMBERSHIP NO FLAMING! Everyone will respect everyone else and their opinions. All favourites and comments on deviations must be given to their respective owners! Otherwise you will be notified to remove your favourite and relocate it. If you have any disputes, leave the club out of it. No trashing the club page. Trash MY page. Or each others', I dunno.A FEW OTHER THINGS... I'm extremely sorry but both the admins can only speak English. Therefore we request that all members use English only here - otherwise we cannot keep track of nasty comments and report them. aka ~Nurse-JokerI was a member with that account. I want to join because I have traditional material like pastels, pencils etc and digital like GIMP and a graphic tablet .( I don't know how to use very well). I have Ideas but I don't know how to put them down... 'A' So I guess that's being under supplied?
I'm a digital artist with photoshop (which my brother got, i would tell you how tho.. haha.) so since i have part of what i want/need im not sure if i can join..

Most of the time when I type "face" i mean fave
I'm a digital artist and I don't have a tablet.
Besides this, I'm an amateuer photographer without the good stuff like a SRL camera or even expensive lens equipment.
I hope that counts too
but a while back, my family got into some money troubles, and with me not having a job, I couldn't get the colored pencils and everything else I needed.
Not to mention, a few weeks ago, my computer un-installed Photoshop from my computer, and I no longer have the disc to install it.
For now, I'm working with Crayola and Foohey colored pencils, and it makes me feel a bit childish, but I'm still drawing no matter what.
I love what you are doing and would love o join ^^
